First, I'm not sure where to put specific game questions like this one will be. Now, my question. When you run into a fight between Group 1 and Group 2, do you just pick the bigger group? Or should you consider and weigh the potential effects of the fighters' adjectives?

I always just pick the bigger group for the auto-win. XP and loot don't seem to change regardless of which side you choose.

I used to just pick the larger group. Then I realized that characters with adjectives of "Fat", "the Red", "the Gray", etc, were more likely to be on the stronger side. Not always, but more likely.
Now I choose the smaller group just for the greater cut of the profits.

Thanks for the suggestions, friends. I just now wandered into a 3 vs 3 battle, and the characters on the side I didn't choose were called "the Sweet," "the Cautious," and "the Yellow"! My side got a 97%. I guess adjectives do matter.

I always choose the smaller group. Because I like helping the underdogs. Unless there is someone in there named "the Meek" or "The Cowardly" I can't stand that crap. It's my little Zork-phobia.
