I'm kinda new here (started in April), so I'd like the advice of some of the players who have been around a while. I'm frustrated with the programming problems in the game, such as the search function and group adventures. Are these problems typical? Is it because the game's relatively new? Should I just be more patient? I've only really played one other online game, and there were never these kinds of problems. Not ones that lasted months and months. Comments, advice, wisdom, counsel?

Here's an alternate search technique that I posted on the main Jolt forum to get around this annoying bug: One other alternative that I have been using is to do a Google Advanced Search: www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=enIn the "Search within a site or domain:" field, use legendsofzork.comThis often gives a public page for the player(s) matching the search in the search results, which if clicked on will show the stats for the player, but does not have a link to challenge them in battle if they are in your level range. To do that, you need to modify the URL to match the in-game player listing format. For example, if I Google search for Myrtas, I get the public profile page: legendsofzork.com/public/hero?hero=123083-myrtasBut his in-game character profile link is formatted as follows: legendsofzork.com/heroes/123083-myrtascopy-pasting the last part of the public URL (the number-name section) onto an in-game link after the /heroes/ part should get you the right player

Hi DiiDii, I think at the end of the day it all comes down to profit for JOLT.
It's far more lucrative for them to spend the time it would take fixing the annoying glitches on reeling in as many new members as possible with new content and promotions. That's why things like seaches and list sorting are ALWAYS on the back burner. Doesn't matter how many support tickets they are sent the reply is usually the same and something like "it's on the to do list" or "the devs are aware of this problem".
Annoying as heck to know they are only in it for the money and have no real passion for the gameplay.
Look at their latest contest for a measley 25 coconuts....what they are looking for imo is some features and content to add into the game without having to do the thinking themselves. Sure, I've got plenty of creative ideas but I don't think I can be bothered to give them to someone who gives so little respect to their bread & butter.
I won't be buying nuts unless the things you mention get sorted. It's only fair.
